Why dont the UK invade the USA?

russia still has not recovered much from the fall of the soviet union.

they have some modern equipment but few. most of their new stuff is being sold to other countries.

aside from nuclear weapons , russia is in no position to threaten anyone outside of it's borders.

russia is now just a regional power.

Read my post, the russians are toying with us at the moment, they were toying with the yanks over that **** in georgia, if you think they aint some super power and they are broke you dont know ****, they are very much back on their feet and a super power again.

The satellite shields that protect America an it's allies are monitored by the pentagon. So let's say the UK decided to try to nuke America it would be intercepted. If America wanted to retaliate with a nuke back it will be all most impossible for the UK to stop the attack since there shield is monitored by us and is America's technology. If we got in the fight in the UK it would never reach American soil. Since we can Attack from any one of our military base's surrounding the UK like Spain Germany or Israel.

to invade the united states you need sea and air superiority.

even the whole world together would not be able to successfully invade the u.s.

they have to get their troops across the pacific/atlantic to get to the u.s.

all the world put together has less aircraft carriers than the u.s.

not only that but u.s. carriers are more than double the size of the largest non-u.s. carriers.

this is not including the u.s. helicopter carriers which are bigger than most other aircraft carriers and has the same capabilities (helicopters and harrier fighters)

america has about 10 of these baby carriers. not including the ones they have mothballed.

stfu and go do some research, right now the russians are playing with the brits flying into our air space etc, playing mind games.

They are very much a super power anybody who says diffrent dosent know wtf they are talking about.

They can fly in air space all they want. Russia has no chance of attacking any major U.S, ally. The mission would have to be a one plane attack not carrying a nuke or a bomb big enough to do much harm due to satellite imaging. Then in Germany have one of it's bigger anti Nuke and rocket propelled shields for Russia China in the middle east to protect or allies. It's not happening now you stfup and go do research.

there is no satellite shields , bud.

they can't even get ground based weapons to successfully intercept icbm's right now. let alone space based ones.

the uk's nuclear forces are mostly aboard ballistic missile submarines.

they also use the trident d5 missiles that the u.s. does. in fact the u.k. trident missiles are better armed than their u.s. counterparts.

the trident d5 can hold 12 warheads each.

because of u.s. treaties with the soviet union , the u.s. navy had to reduce the number of warheads each missile carries to 4 or 5.

for all i know the u.k. version carries the full 12 warheads. or at least more than 4-5.


there are no u.s. bases in israel btw.

they are improving but nowhere near the level of the soviet days.
