First off, immigrants have done the work in this country from the very beginning, whether it was the African Americans in the South, the Mexicans in the South West and the Chinese slave labor in the West.

In the 1930, when men were men and Americans were working hard, they refused to do the agricultural work because they wanted to get paid more than the .60 per hour that was being offered in California.

Most of the work was being done by Mexicans or Mexican/Americans. If you think Americans today want to get out of the air conditioning, put down their laptops and xbox controllers and go outside and work in the hot sun, your fooling yourself.

Illegal migration to the U.S is nobody else's fault but America's. It has exploited these people for over 200 years and now all of a sudden want to "protect the borders" .......how convenient.

This law is absolute bull****, the whole probable cause idea is entirely too subjective and has already for years allowed people to be pulled over and fuked with just because they are brown or black. What exactly will constitute probable cause for an officer to think that someone doesn't have the proper documentation to legally be here in this country? Bad English? There are a million and one people here in Miami that can barely speak english and were born here. I'm sure that is the same case there.

In addition, the paranoia of people is amazing and more importantly so is the entitlement. These Europeans came and took this land and now are mad when people want to come and prosper like they did. Fuk these mother fukers.

I can't tell you how many times I have met people who own construction businesses who have told me WHY they hire Mexicans. They tell me all the time how hard they work, how loyal they are and how good of work they do. How they don't call in sick and how they don't complain.

Who do you think is raising your rich babies? Who do you think is cutting the grass while your at the beach? Who do you think is washing your car so it can look good on the weekend?

Apartheid was state sanctioned racism and segregation. AZ is only trying to enforce its borders and purge illegal immigrants.

There is no comparison.

Its the Federal governments job to enforce borders, but they won't.

What are the border states supposed to do?

Just let it happen and get overrun?

What about the Mexican/Americans like me who are born here? Should I just be willing to be questioned everytime some ***** ass cop wants to stop me for "probable cause" and ask to see my 4 forms of ID?

I only fukin carry my drivers license, who the fuk carries around their green card if they are legal? I have never even seen a green card man.

The point is, the wording of the law is too vague, what is "probable cause"? This law will back fire, even Ex president Bush is against this as are many republicans. You cannot infringe on the rights of citizens just because you want to weed out the illegals.

The right thing to do for these border states is to do what has been proposed for a long time but nobody ever listens, and thats have a documented workers program like they do in Saudi Arabia, united Arab Emirates etc.

Instead we want to act like cowboys and build fences and interrogate people.....fuk them.

Do you think these corporations are willing to pay more, get insurance and possibly deal with a union just to hire legal workers? Who probably will do half the work in double the time and complain every step of the way over it.
