But a team trying to get over the hump or at least not be horrible, rose could be a boost.. teams like Pelicans, Detroit, short term replacement to chris Paul in LA

They have drafted good recently but the thing that has set them back is the deangleo Russell.. literally wasted a top 3 pick on that dude

Russel pans out, and then you draft Ingram and Lonzo, You got a good young nucleus... but nothing for that top 3 pick really sets them back..

Russell didn't set the Lakers back. Not being able to sign any of the top FAs for a couple of seasons set the team back. If you pair Russell, Ingram, Randle, Nance with a few good FAs then you wouldn't be one of the worst teams in the league. Mozgov is a bum and Deng was always injured.

How did they waste a pick with Russell when he's going to be an all star next season? He played well in the 2nd half of the season.
