Democrats and the security services spent multiple years and millions of dollars investigating any alleged Trump/Russia ties, If Trump had indeed handed classified material to Putin, we would know about it.

You don't know details of a highly public issue that has been going on for years...but I'm the low information voter? Yes, the image was picked to make Trump look more submissive, its a representation of the two Presidents attitudes. Obama stood tall, Trump cowered to Putin. Not my favorite image ( dont think Obama was particularly strong against Russia), just had a good point with the text.
