He is wise one. Taiwan, if they can not export semi conductors is economically hurt. China cut the wires for the internet on the some of the smaller islands Taiwan owns. Don't ask me how I know this. Again this is a small island nation. China is slowly blinding Taiwan and acting like they will attack. Taiwan better able to fight back with vigor.
