I had to go to an office room to do some more bureaucratic horse **** today, and on character I showed up half drunk.

They called me out on it.

It wasn't like I was going to deny it.

"Yeah, I had a job this morning, and had a few drinks of beer and whiskey to unwind."

Which was completely true.

But I drink all the time.

It doesn't matter.

Not drinking is not part of my job qualification.

I told them I'll have it done by Monday, and I always do a great job.

Drinking on the job is not very good, it wasn't really on the job though.

They pulled me in for bureaucratic nonsense.

The were absent from the office, and I went ahead and drank some booze to pass the time.

Kinda dumb, but **** happens.
