61 % possesion which was 65% practically all game, 9 shots on goal. L'pool had 3 shots on goal and 2 goals. how did they not get dominated?

Sissoko was clearly trying to tell a team mate to pick up a runner. Bit unfortunate, and in the rules of the game, it is not a penalty as it has to be deliberate handball, hand to ball. The distance the ball has traveled has to be taken into account as well.
