Also Rooney is a proper legend.
Still will always think he could have been even better but to end up record goalscorer for club and country and to still have people thinking he could have been even better shows just how talented the guy is.
On the downside of his career now and don't think we'll see the best of him again on a regular basis but what a player he was at his best, find it funny when people call him a overrated media hype player etc.
Just look at the respect other greats in the game show him, they know world class quality when they see it and Rooney was just that at his best.Comment
