I never eat cereal because when I do I end up eating 4 bowls and it's not very good for me.
Usually when I eat cereal I eat Fiber One with unsweetened soy milk.
I normally eat it throughout the day, rather than all 4 one after the other.
I'm incredibly impatient, so I mostly eat things that I can make very quickly, rather than having to wait around a whole 25 minutes or whatever. I should probably sort my diet out...
