I think Ortiz would make Garcia uncomfortable, even land a knockdown or two, give him a swollen eye, but would eventually get caught with something that make him think twice from keeping going. Problem with Duarte was that his momentum was stopped whenever Ryan used that Philly/Silly shell. He struggled on capitalize on Ryan's flaws.

In an interesting note, apparently, throughout the fight Ryan managed to knock out Duarte's molar with a single shot to the jaw. (0:48)
