If its endurance for boxing you can run and spar and spar and spar some more. In time you will learn to relax in the ring when fighting and that will conserve a tremendous amount of energy for you to throw punches and such. Aswell, most beginners will expend 1/2 of their energy before the bout even begins in nervous tension................Rockin'

Sad to say, but for boxing as I am sure you are finding out running doesn't do much for your endurance. "long distance" And if that is what you are doing the running for you are wasting your time. Read this

Its as basic as you can get, but may get a few points across
do exersizes similiar to or exactly like these

I am in love with the carry run and press that is a mf every time I do it.

Or you can check out HIIT or high intensity interval training. for guidence.
Basicly you need to train your cardiovascular and resperatory system to adapt to that type of brutal onslaught. It's a mf, but the right training will take you to the next level

You have to change your running routine during the week, hillwork, speedwork, long distance, etc. I've posted several times on this.....

Jump rope, my endurance in the ring improved alot from skipping. Also do go running , sprint hills, and jog the rest.
