Hi all. Recently joined on the board
and also recently been working out alot more using boxing work outs etc.
Only problem is im getting alot of shoulder pains due to most of my work outs using my shoulder muslcles. Is this normal or am i working this specific muscle group to much? I work out about a hour 5 times a day due to my job and my shoulders are looking a bit inproportion to my chest and other muslce groupe. I also get shoulder pains when sleeping and wake up often with pins and needles and my arm being numb.
any advice? thanks
