    I'm off the injured list.

    ok i'm off the injured list. time ot start training my ass off again.

    i need some help I think i'm gonna do burst training.
    what do you guys do in this area?


    i'm also lookin for cardio, and light weight training.

    oh and diet, keep in mind i can only eat about 2 times a day (meals)

      Eat lots of fruit Vulgar when you gotta snack, glad you're knee is better. Did you know g****fruits before bed burn fat while you sleep? Honest!

        Good to hear your knee is good...now the fun part starts!

        Eat smart. If you can only get 2 meals a day, make sure you are taking in a high level of protein and carbs...limit fat, but you will need to take in some.
