  • Plyometric exercises..

    whats the faster way to gain muscle..using plyometric exercises or lifting weights?? and does anybody no a site where they have all the different types of plyometric exercises??

    For building muscle, weights is more effective. Yet for sports specific training and building explosiveness, plyometrics is superior. You need an intelligent balance of both.

    Youd also be surprised how much strength/conditioning excercises that football players do can benefit boxers.

      uh uh Dont try to put one over the other. You as a boxer would benifit from both in the right dose. I love Plyo's my every road work routine is full of it. But weidht and resistance training can not be compromised if you are looking for power. mix it up and watch the results.

          Quicker results for what exactly? Weights for building a strength, plyo's for building explosiveness off that b.ase of strength.
