    what's a good example of a good core training plan?? so far these are the exercises I do at the moment...

    V-ups-3x12-15
    jacknife situps-3x20
    incline twisting situps-3x12-15
    med ball crunches-3x12-15

    is this good enough or should I add more exercises?
