Hanging a punch bag wall bracket

I have decided to get a bag that weighs 45 kg, now is it safe to put a bag that heavy in my bedroom, I would be using a bracket like this to hang the damn freaking thing.

    thanks.

I got a bag which is about 25 kilos and is just held up with 4 hole small bracket with a loop in the middle to attach the bag to.. and iv had no problems so that one should hold up very well considering the structure of it, and it looks pretty big, though the hooks looks pretty small and could bend, but cant really tell the exact size from that picture.

Would depend on the wall wouldnt it, in some new houses, the timber frame ones the walls are like plasterboard put onto the timber frame with insulation in the middle, wouldnt recommend putting a bracket an a bag on your wall if there made of that.... unless you managed to find one of the struts/panels from the timber frame to put it on...

with a brick wall, you should be fine. however, what is the inside wall like? if it is stable and strong, it should work out well. if not, use the basement if you have one.

If its a brick wall the easiest way it to do it would be to drill a couple of small holes where the thing will hand and then use a lag bolt to hold them in place and you souldnt have any problems. The only thing to rember is to drill the holes a little bit smaller than the bolts so that its a tight fit.
