I haven't been going training for 6 weeks due to my girlfriend wanting to see me the days when boxing is on! But anyway, im ment to have a boxing match november 25th.. Will i be fit enough if i start tommorow? Cause i normally have bad stamina anyway. I don't need to work on my punches or anything as i can do them its only my stamina. Can i get fit enough for 3x2 min rounds in 20 days?
