    wtas a good technique or routine to get a six pack quick.....i know this is a over talked about subject..sorry

    lots of sit ups and leg raises and a proper diet

      everyone has a six pack... or well abs, to get them stronger do crunches and situps, and whatever, to shape them go swim, to get the fat out of the way...dont eat breakfast and run in the morning. and youre good to go

          there's a saying I heard on this thread...

          I forget the exact quote but its basically

          "Abs are made in the kitchen not in the gym"

          I'm not sure if thats the exact quote but the point is you can do 100000 situps and crunches but until you change your diet your abs will never be lean...

            i know i have them but like how many crunches a day should i do...oh and is the right wat to do them by going up all the way or by only going up half way

              more cardio...tahts it...everyone has abs...just need low BF to see em...thats why anorexics have abs too
