Lagna is a Pasta dish. Using whole weat would make for more complex carbohydrates and be much healthier. Lean ground beef, and low fat cheese would make the lasagna healthy, as ground beef and cheese are very fatening.

Actually I think it was Moore who would do the chewing the steak thing. I caught some blurb on an ESPN classic documentary that Rocky was into all types of vegetarian shakes. All i found online was some references to Rocky's biographers determining that Rocky intentionally went for a low-protein diet. That's consistant with Rocky giving up lifting weights "so not to become musclebound".

Marciano was a health-nut. He ate "veggies," always carried a jar of honey to sweeten his coffee and chewed but never swallowed his steaks. He even had an exercise for his eyeballs.Last edited by Pork Chop; 10-26-2006, 05:09 PM.
