anyone got one for a strained rotator cuff? through a messy hook tonight and felt something twinge. not a bad one but i need full use of it by saturday.
(opening bowler for my cricket team)

are u positive that its a cuff injury or u got a doctor to look at it...
one thing...rotator cuffs are like lower backs...if they get hurt, theyll never be 100% again and theyre serious...
one reason why i stopped weightlifting was i tore my rotator cuff and i was never able to lift heavy again...
if its strained or pulled....dont **** with it...leave it alone no matter how long it takes...might take a few months
i read ur post again...seems like you just hurt ur shoulder/cuff area...if it was really strained...you would know it.

yeah not 100 percent sure on which muscle but the shoulder cuff area. it isnt too bad about 70%. im gonna just ice it n e ways and see how i go.
