does anyone use custom made insoles for running?

anyone ever heard of ArchCrafters? they make custom-insoles for your shoes.

I would look for a good shoe store to look for shoes, that should be good enough. They should be able to tell you if you what type of shoes you need depending on how your foot is, like if you pronate or something.
