Blood blister on foot

Went to the boxing gym for the first time on monday it was hard work... anyways i got blood blisters on the bottom of my foot before my big toe underneath the calases from doing footwork drills. Now the blood underneath has dried up and turned dark... should i just keep using it without worry?

Maybe you should get some new shews and make sure they fit properly, If the blood is hardened pick the callus skin off.
