or equivalent? i know the gym is important for learning to box, but my schedule right now is in conflict with the gym hours, and i want to continue learning about boxing technique while i can't go to the gym. recommend me something legit to or the top quality.

download ares (google it if u dont know) then search 'title boxing' and download everything. Despite all the criticisms it gets its actually pretty good stuff, and its really helped the boxing aspect of my muay thai
