    Impressive. I would say that for most people one arm pullups are not an exercise to assist in something else, but an end goal in itself. Consider yourself lucky to be one of a few in a hundred who can do them.

            thats what he did...he had sick genetics and was a pro...because hd did them doesnt mean you have to do them too

              Exactly. If Roy Jones did curls, he was definitely great IN SPITE of doing them, not BECAUSE of them. Remember that cause and effect isn't always as simple as you think.
