      I'm 225lbs wich i'm cool with, trying to get back up to 230 though. But I wish I was about 6'3", I would probably weight 260lb at that height with my frame. But I have made my 5'10" the image of speed and power, so height be damned, I work my ass off.

        I;m 5'5, 5'6 on a good day and 142, ive put some weight on but i just gotta tighten up some again, i hate my height tho way too short in my book. i wish there was someting i could do, im 17

          I'm around 5'9" and 188 lbs. I used to be 210 lbs in high school, and not entirely fat either. My biceps were 17 1/2", the same as Foreman's in his prime. I just cut out a lot of red meat from my diet and cut back on lifting to lose weight for health reasons. At 5'9" it's not good to weigh over 200 unless it's really all muscle. I'm a lot smaller now but still pretty damn wide shouldered and built compared to the average Joe Shmuck.

            5`10" 1/2 , tell everyone im 5`11" who`s gona know anyway , and weight is a semi ripped 157-160 and God forbid I get sick , I`d drop down to 150 in a day !

              Well i asked my trainers if i could ever box at welter, 147, and they laughed in my face. Amateur is 132 and then 147 here.

              In college they have 139 but that might be too competitive so i may even drop to 129 if have to.

                im short and i fight at a higher weight class,thats why i was askin

                  I'm 5'7" and walks around at 130~135 on lazy days, when I'm back into fitness mood, I can drop right back to 126 just by an hour of easy jogging and shadow boxing, general conditioning (half-hour a pop each) - thrice a week.

                    im happy with my height and weight , i box at 53kg's and i am 5ft 8 maybe bigger.
                    i dont usually get ppl weighing the same as me , they are usually 2 kg's more or somthing
