  • A Public Apology To Boxing Scene

I stumbled across this website browsing the internet looking for some equipment. A new speed bag I think it was. It was this forum "Training and Nutrition" that kept my attention since. As most of you know Im here from about 9am to 5 pm mon-fri consequently the hours Im at work. And I post inbetween doing somthing else here. 99% of the time it is advice on training, Some debating of training methods and very rarely talking ****. If ever.
I read a thread fri afternoon, where a young boxer "or at least thats what he calls himself" Went on and on about people player hating him. That he expected to receive the kind of respect a legit fighter would have. His claim to fame was four rnds of sparring. This was to me quite amusing. What happened next was completely out of character for me. I've never given anybody **** here "save Potatoes, because I want so badly for him to admit that weightlifting can be benificial to the sport" And I dont need to start the BS to receive attention. Yet I indulged in a two day argument with this boy, I posted several comments, which my time would have and should have been better served on helping out a respectable young fighter. Or giving feedback on equipment and training methods I have used. For my small mindedness I apologize to Boxing Scenes posters and members and hope that my excelent standing here and reputation has not been diminished, or dwindled in any way. Forums like these can be an excelent way for enthusiasts to voice there opinions and more importantly take in new ideas to improve there game in the ring. I wish not to tarnish that opportunity.

I do, you and I have had more meaningful disagrements which may or may not have lead to one or both of us learning somthing. You actualy once pointed out flaws in my training routine, with some help from Punch drunk I saw what you was saying and agree that I had some improving to do. That is what I seek in these forums not a childish B.S And to the people whom I respect and appreciate there insight I do feel an appology is in order.
I am not sorry to Exige, just sorry for him.

Its ok, I accept your apology.

You realised the error of your ways and are now fixing them. I dont know what this "claim to fame" business is about though... 4 rounds of sparring as a claim to fame. 4 rounds of sparring to contradict everything that Raesaad said the day before, more like.

No need for YOU to apologize. Exige is the one who should be apologizing. He's basically been a troll for the past few days, stirring up **** with anyone and everyone. It's amazing to me, that he can't see that everybody (at least the one's who bothered to answer his BS) in here are sick of his childish crap.

I say we all start over, and if/when he comes to this thread and starts up with his crap again, we all just ignore him and get back to what this part of the forum should be about: Training.

I, for one, am done with him.

Its funny you say I was the one who was trolling the past few days.

Especially when Kingdosia just admitted to it in this thread, and apologised for it.

I think I made a critical error in thinking he would see that in these training forums it is a more serious audience that his Bs that he loves to throw around wouldnt be acceptable. I took him for being more of a man than he truly is. In the process tarnished one of the only descent forums on the site. Which is the only reason I extended any appology. It was the right thing to do. In respect of posters like yourself. By the way did you see my ? in the creds thread regarding certs and creds for trainers on the national level? Im thinking of steering my career into a more noble direction and teaching.
