    No bull****, here. Who's who? Training, school, trainer(s) of note, # of fights? Pro? Amateur? Record on boxrec? Current training regimen?

    I'll go first. Ain't much, but I'll admit that off the bat:

    - 4 years bodybuilding / "exercise physiology hobbyist" (AKA "Body ****")
    - 2 years fencing saber in regional competition
    - Boxing training since Feb 2006
    - One 3-round (2-minute rounds) full-contact boxing "skills bout"
    - Currently training 6 nights / week (3 nights weights, 3 nights boxing, + daily roadwork)

    sports 8 years
    weightlifting-2 years
    baseball-6 years
    1 year track, jr.varsity sprinter 100 yards
    boxing since i was 12

      -2 years recreational weightlifting (just going in the gym knowing nothing)
      -1.5 years powerlifting (mainly for football/with solid routine and OK nutrition)
      -Boxing since June 2006
      -Currently training 5 days a week with solid routine (bodyweight and heavybag) and with a solid diet
      -2001 Undisputed Heavyweight Champion of the World
      -Not boxing anymore at the moment because I need to find a new gym.

        -1 year fencing foil Finger Lakes Foil Champion- looking for a club
        -3 years Soccer- retired
        -4 years Tai Chi Chuan- still do it on my own
        -1 year Tae Kuan Do - i didnt like it
        -6 months Karate- currently taking class
        -starting Judo - currrently in class
        -3 years Boxing- looking for affordable gym currently
        -2 years Lacrosse- Retired
        -3 years basketball- retired
        -1 year volleyball- holds record for more aces in a game, aces in a season
        and aces in a set



        about the exersise i do, i still work out 4 days a week monday thru thurdsday
        fri to sunday i work all day.


        ohh yeah i played baseball for 10 years but i had to stop when i moved to the states so that doesnt count

            Does Boxrec post Amateur and Semi Pro? I can't find myself there at all. Nor a couple of my counterparts at my gym.

            - 25 - 3 - 0 amateur
            - 5 - 0 semi pro (garbage)
            - boxing since 94. age of 18
            - currently Tommy's Gym in Costa Mesa Ca
            6 day training regime. 3 hard days 2 easy 1 cardio and strength only
            roadwork daily. just added 20 miles bicycle my new means of commuting got to get some aerobics in somewhere.

              Started boxing: 12
              Amateur fights: 88, 62 wins, National champion (Denmark) once, Regional champ twice.

              I've been a trainer since 1999/2000. So far I've had 1 twotime U17 national champ, 3 U19 national champs, 3 U19 European championships contestants, 3 senior regional champs, 2 Senior national champs, and an AIBA tournament gold medal.

                punch i was wondering what creds / certs does a trainer need to coach on a natl scale in the amateurs. AIBA? I am thinking seriously about training some kids more than fighting anymore. Not sure of the details always took my trainers for knowing the biz?

                    NYAC is supposed to have an awesome fencing program. I'm sure they have a website.
