ok i,m in i have weighed myself about 2hours ago at training the only problem i dont think i will be able to get a pic up any time soon but i,m 15 5,8 and right now 63kg i,m hoping for 57kg thats my goal if anybody has good tips and a diet plan i would be grateful to hear them.
and also i have a great idea im not sure every body would stick to this tho i thought we could have everybody that has agreed to join create a day eating plan and change and just like someone agrees to do tuesday al make one up for wednesday get the idea? so basicly we might need to have it a week and advance so we can get the food redy but a different person every day choosing what that days diet my be like?
I guess im in to, but im not doing it to lose weight im pretty comfortable at 120 pounds, so im just going to try to gain more muscle mass, maybe even try to get 125 pounds.
I'll post a picture when i can get a camera, but how longs this one going for?
