HAVE YOU TRIED ANY OF THE WORKOUTS HE'S GOT POSTED OVER THERE? ITS GOOD ****, ESPECIALLY THE SEQUENTIAL FATIGUE CHANLLENG AND RUN AND PRESS I THINK ITS CALLED I USE THEM IN MY WORKOUTS AND THE OUTCOME IS GREAT.
