Don't lean on the ropes and let him hit you! ay manfredo? lol
yeah man lol , i feel im alot more relaxed since then , even in sparring , i get of the ropes alot better or fight back , and i feel im using my height alot better now , lets just hope hes not a ****ing southpaw!!!!
if anyone can remember the last fight i went up to (my opponent didnt turn up but got a fight up there but they couldnt fit us on) , thts my opponent, smaller than me, but i aint gonna underestimate him.
i was sparring with a southpaw on tuesday night , they r hard to get a punch in at , especially when they are bigger than you , i used my right hand alot more and it conected a few times, but i supose its just one of those things i could be faced with huh
general rule, straight right leads followed by hooks.
If your slick, slip his jab to the left and throw your right hand at the same time. He'll walk into it.
Rockin'
yeah , ive been throwing my right hand alot more in sparring , ive been dummying a left then straight through with a big right , my right aint as powerfull as my left , but if i get em with the right ill hit em again (or try) with a left.
i also like to use a double left jab , body-head or vice versa , they confuse some ppl.
anyway guys thanks for the advice , lets just hope my back stays good
test his power and his style first, do the jab, jab, jab.
if he's slow then ran through him, if he's fast & strong, back off awhile and do the jab, sting him until he wears off.
yeah ill try , but i usally say to myself im gonna try somthing they when i get in the ring its just hell for leather lol.
we r fighting at 53kg
and he's smaller well was last time i seen him , he has a wierd as **** back though at the top , its like hunched, well not hunched but his back is wierd lol.
