    Ripped/Cut Arms

    I asked this kid at the gym how'd he get so cut (his arms are like bruce lee's Lol) and he said he just eat alot of protein stuff, and bench press every now once in a while, but he mainly focuss on protein foods.

    Im not sure if he was being honest with me or not, But i was wondering, How do you get CUT/RIPPED arms like this.........



    Im trying to create that "ball" effect... I was thinking doing alotta reps with little weight (curls) and alot of push ups

    any advice?

      Low bodyfat and big muscles if you wanna look like Roy. It'll be difficult though, as he has one of the best physiques in boxing history.

        Yea true, well i meant cut ripped... like roy, mosley, zab judah.. You know nothing too extreme

          hey man my arms are really cut/ripped but about 4-5 months ago they had basicly no muscle to them and and just well looked like nothing was there apart for a little fat. i started weightliffting doing hamercurls hree times a week i was doing 12 reps of 3 sets 8kgs eack arm and once a week i would change it to 20 reps of 3sets 6kgs each arm and then just a hell lot of push ups and tricept dips it was really easy for me maybe just my body but try it my arms look good now and thats all i did.

            Sounds good... my arms have a lil definition and i dont do nothing... im lazy when it comes to working out cuz i dont like working out alone.... but i kno if i get on a program and lift regularly... Ill have that cut/ripped look that im going for..... Im jus real impatient i like to see results RIGHT AWAY

              dude u sound like my double lol i was basicly saying the same thing to my m8 he does all that bodybuilding stuff and he said well come along to the gym with me 2,3 times a week you can do running there and they have medicien balls all the push up and sit mats so you will be able to work on sume boxing stuff aswell. i thought hey sounds great and done it i think i could see a size difference first that was about 2weeks after i started to see how cut they had became about 3,4week from when i started now there perfec if you ask me.

              i,ve actully not been in in about 2 weeks just been keeping my push ups and tricept dips up but i think im gonna get back to the weight liffting park on wed
