    running after lifting?

Is there any benefit of going for a jog after weight training. I think Vince McMahon said he did that and his muscles built faster. Anyone know if thats true? thanks in advance for any info

I think that body builders dont do any cardio after they lift as they say it lessens their gains. All depends what ur goals are.

      I do bodybuilding.
If you are ectomorph (skinny by nature), then you should not do any cardio really (or very little).
Ten minutes (each) prior and after the workout makes your muscles recover faster, so you - generally spoken - benefit from it. Besides, warm-up and cool-down lessens the risk of injury. Besides, you just feel better.

Why would a boxer try to build his muscles as opposed to doing something useful at a given weight in the ring, like build endurance?

i heared that it isnt good to run after lifting weights as it slows down muscle growth. my trainer told me this, and if u wanna run and do weights, run before

the only thing that helped mcmahon's muscles build faster was the needle he stuck in his ass repeatedly
