      Very simply, yes. I took one this past spring and gained 13 pounds in a month. They absolutely pack weight on you if you eat right while taking them.

        Protein supplements have protein!, aka they are food and provide you with calories, (Fat: 1 gram = 9 calories) (Protein: 1 gram = 4 calories)
        (Carbohydrates: 1 gram = 4 calories) any amount of calories excess to what you need to maintain weight will make you gain weight, so yes, protein supplements, icecream, steak, all will make you gain weight if you track your metabolic rate and eat accordingly.

          supplements are just that....supplements...they're supposed to supplement your diet, not be the diet.

          eating just supplements wont help you gain weight if you have a ****ty diet
