I did something to my knee yesterday but i have no clue what i did i can't even bend down without excruciating pain. I can't tell if its my knee or the muscle around it. Has this happened to anyone? Its only my third week of training so i was thinking it was my muscle but i can't find the sore spot on my muscle any tips besides my trainer giving me the weekend off!

3 weeks?
I ****ed up my knee a long time ago and I am still suffering the consequences of it. I hope your medical insurance is paid up.
Unfortunately it is those first few weeks where a lot of injuries can occur. Some young guys will fly at it as if they had been training for years. Training should be beneficial but can be very dangerous if done improperly. Takes a fair amount of time to get in fighting shape, it should not be rushed.
