ATX Boxer's Formulas

Has anybody tried these? There are two sets of formulas, Pre-Workout and Recovery. I'd like to hear if these work or is it just BS.

Save your cash. A good glutamine, creatine supplement, multi vit and fish oils. Best for all. If you want something to get you going, regular caffeine will get you focused. Green tea is great also.
