Shockdoctor mouthguards are decent. Pick one of these up from any good sports shop.

the best boil-and-bite mouthpiece would be a shock doctor pro or shock doctor gel max. they can both be found at www.ringside.com or www.titleboxing.com

but, custom made or dentist made mouthguards offer the best protection and comfort.

i use the Pro model ($50) of the gladiator. www.customguards.com
they also have the Elite model ($75)

a lot of professional boxers and professional mma fighters use the Elite gladiator or the Protech Pro model ($115). www.protechmouthguards.com
