put enuff boilin water in a bowl enough to cover the whole mouthpiece, submerge it for 10 seconds, take it out with a metal spoon, put it in sum cold water for 2 seconds, then put it in ur mouth and mould it to the shape of ur teeth, dont leave it in the water 2 long or it might melt

and if its pressin against the back of ur mouth, trim sum off the end with scissors

      Ok, from new:
      - Boil some water.
      - Pour some of it shallow into a container.
      - Put the mouthguard in there for between 8-12 seconds.
      - Take the mouthguard out. This is why you need the water to be shallow, because you are putting your hands in it.
      - Rinse the mouthguard out and take any water away
      - Put it in your mouth and make it stick to the top of your gums as far up as possible. Then bite.
      - Take it out after you have done that... now everytime you wear it, it should fit perfectly.

      - If not? Repeat this process.
