  • just started boxing

    im into my second week of boxing and im loving every second of it. If i have a day off of boxing im at the gym and after boxin i run 2 and half miles. is this to much im not pushin myself to failure im just doin high reps lots of core workouts and squats and lots of shadow boxing.

      This is my 2nd year of boxing, and let me tell you, its the only sport I have ever let dominate pretty much everything I do.

        i've been boxing for about 1 and a half years and its the best sport ever your always learning new things belive me stick to it, it just gets better and more interesting as you go on. Especally wen u start fighting.
