i think most people make the whole hips/punch thing sound complicated.

  • i think most people make the whole hips/punch thing sound complicated.

    for instance, throwing a cross. all you have to do is move your torso counter-clockwise and it is to the point where you have to move your hips for it to feel natural. try moving your torso and not moving your hips. maybe it's just me, but you guys damn near had me hurting myself trying to figure out how to move my hips. it's not complicated to do at all.

    its more of a trial and error thing u kno..

    i found it naturally.. im not much of a hooker but my right cross is my best punch

      With the cross you just launch from the backfoot and move it off the floor and your hips and body go with it.

      Make it so your foot goes from being flat on the floor to just the tip of your toes touching the floor as you throw it and all your weight is into the punch.

        You should get your boxing advice from a real boxing trainer, not a bunch of frustrated keyboard warriors posting in some forum.
