    whats the one ab exercise called where you lift your legs by alternating and go side to side the same time?

      thx and btw when you do bicycles do you have to have your legs up in the air or can you have them on the ground?

        When you do bicycles you touch your left knee to your right elbow and then your right knee to your left elbow as if you are replicating the motion of riding a bike so, yes, you left your knees up to make contact with the elbow.

          Hang from a chin bar and do leg raises, with or without bent knees. DON"T SWING BACK AND FORTH! Slow and steady. 3 sets of 5-10 reps every other day. Abs will be steel!
