Say you guys have a fight coming up soon what do you eat in the week or so before a fight. to be more direct I need to lose 10 lbs this week to fight and was wondering on help as to what to eat I usually am always around 160 and have never had to even try to make weight. But right now I am up at 170 probably a few pounds under cause I just ate a huge dinner. But tonight my coach called me and said he could have a fight for me next weekend. So I was wondering what you guys would eat during the day. For example would you still eat cereal in the morning or do you eat whole wheat bread and a lot of fruits and vegtables.
