You can actually run with your dog? The only reason I'll run with my dog, is because she got out. Running with a dog seems better because a dog will make you want to push yourself harder when you're tired to keep up with it.

yeah with a leash for some reason my dog motivates me lol!! gives me another reason to run then just running to lose weight

Me!!!!!Coz my dog is really good like she stay right beside you and it has a bit of whippet in her so she can keep going I prefer runnin with the dog coz its some company!!!

i don't because i'm in better shape than him lol. the most i'll do is chase him around in the back yard until he gets tired and wants to drink water and just chill.

i tried but i have a cavalier king charles and all he wants to do is put his nose to the ground, so we end up stopping every few yards!

used to have a scottie before the ex from hell took off with him. he never liked to run with me- he wasn't much for walkin period, he'd stop to sniff anything, it was a struggle to cover more than a 100 feet or so.

I run with my catahoula leopard dog several times a week. He enjoys it so much, I feel guilty when I try to skip out on a day and wind up going anyway.
