I've been working on my abs for a long time now, I'm not a boxer or anything I'd just like to have some good abs. Anyway I started doing sit-ups daily about a half-year ago, I started doing 40 and now I'm up to doing 150 each day. I've wondered if it has something to do with my weight (I'm tall but thin; 6'4 160lbs.) Or maybe just because I'm only 15, anyone have any advice? I'd appreciate it.

being thin makes it easy to get abs. But really people think getting abs is all about the situps but it's about 3 things: cardio, diet, and situps. So if you aren't running everyday and don't eat a good diet you won't get good abs no matter how many crunches you do.
