i just started hitting the bag at the gym. but i need some bag gloves can someone tell me whats good and not cost me to much. also whats the diffrent between training gloves and bag gloves. thanks

i loved my pair i would hit the bag everyday as hard as i can and they lasted over a year before the foam started wearing out, i strongly reccomend these gloves

what are training gloves used for and what is a good pair

sparring. Id get the Title Platinum training gloves on a budget, or go to mmamuscle.com and get the Windy Training gloves, i hear theyre great.

I have ringside training gloves, and they are too bulky but offer the best protection.

I use my training gloves on the bag and for sparing I have a few pairs. One thing to note. Don't go cheap with these things. Most companies' bread and butter is feeding us garbage cheap. Title has a good set, My gym swears by them. ringside's got some good ones to they offer some good protection. I have a pair of each. You couldn't lose with either of the two. I have heard some good things about Everlast's pro training gloves to. Never tried them though, maybe someone else can elaborate. I do know the reyes gloves are excellent they are cutters in the ring though.
