I've been shadowboxing and hitting the heavy bag for a while now and i think im going to join a gym. I've boxed once before and had A LOT of fun and id really like to become a boxer. The gym is open mon-fri for a short time every day, how many hours should be spent in a gym each day to get some good training?

i like your name...for a guy starting out, a couple hours in the gym each day is probably good enough, but if you're having fun in there ( i love training ) stay for as long u can.

How ever long the trainer trains you.
I understand some people go to commercial gyms where there's equipment and you do what you wanna do. Some gyms (like mine) you go and the trainer tells you what to do for how many rounds.
