There's no exact way to measure it unless you use those machinet that measure PSI, but they're not always accurate.

Why worry about it? Stress your form, style and technique. Don't worry about what a machines numbers tell you. Convince yourself that you are the hardest hitting man on the planet and apply that to your apponent.

Power is not everything.

speed timeing tactics...etc as a whole makes you a fighter.

for example Tyson would not contuine in later rounds of a fight but he had some power.

as far as getting power its better to know your power because if you ****y and think the other person wont punch you might be wrong. It better to think when to use power at the right time. Countering at the right time could givr you a KO example James Toney vs Holyfield
