      Thanks alot. that makes me feel alot better and in will for sure start now and not waste another day but how should i start(not really any gyms around here) the only real ass boxing gym is lacy's one in st. pete but i live 1h 30 min. south in bradenton

        For somthing that you are serious about and have a passion for you do what you have got to do. In this case you need to get to the gym and have a skilled trainer work with you on the fundementals, Don't just start hitting a bag that can be on of the worst things you can do. Bad habits develope quickly. You got to find a way look about do some research maybe somebody with some experience lives closer. And could tutor you.

          Somthing like that. You got to remember his olympic success and amateur career before he went pro.
