I bench press 190 right now, not that much, but it's only because I never really worked out with a lot of weight. I'm 15 years old, by July 2006, my plans are to be benchpressing around 270-280, think I can do it? I mean, I increased my bench press by 35 pounds by using a max weight of 90lbs this summer and out of the 2 months I was off I worked out probably 25 days. So hopefully by the time I'm still going to be 16 I'll be benching that much.

Yeah, and beating everyone in arm wrestle at school. I'll probably be doing 70lb one arm curls by then too. I can't beleive you don't think I can do a 1 arm 50lb curl, that's not even that much weight.

In general, yes...do a strict strength routine and eat a lot and you'll get that easily. But if you want to stay at the same weight, it's harder. And you meant 2007 right? If you follow a good routine, you should get that easily.
But if you're boxing and doing other sports, it's not likely.

Do I think you can lift that? I dont know.
Do I think you would get knocked out if you sparred me? Yes.
Remember kids, weight lifting doesnt equate to boxing ability or punch strength. My power is extraordinary, and I keep saying extraordinary.
