  • having trouble when it comes to diet...

    I'm not too sure what kinds of foods I should be eating throughout the days. I'm looking to drop 15lbs for boxing, so far I've succeeded in droping like 3 or 4 lbs but I want to lose weight quicker.Also can someone tell me what are some really good healthy meals to eat that'll fill you up and give you plenty of energy for training?

    also what are some good veggie meals I can eat? so far I'm eating tuna salad and ham sandwiches with lettuce,bell peppers etc.

      Anything that's been grown. Nothing processed. Eat ever 2-4 hours, protein, carbs, fats in each meal, veggies, fruits, etc...healthy stuff.
