    How is this book written?
Are there also texts inside or only shedules and tables from shematic workouts?
    Did he went into detail?

The book is set up where he'll interview a boxer, asking them their favorite exercises, when they got up, what they ate, and how often they trained. Then he tells you how long they did the respective parts of their workout; warm up, sparring, bag work, floor exercises, etc. He tells you how many sit-ups, push-ups they did in their average workout. The end of the book he gives you a sample workout to try according to your skill level and shows how to do the exercises.

I've heard some stuff about it is fake. Like some fighters don't spar and stuff like that.
